So...it's a possibility that a fake Nintendo account could be behind the takedowns. I still don't necessarily care even if they did take it down but it didn't make sense to me that they would considering the videos weren't monetized.
My friend Para brought to my attention that the @GilvaSunner copyright claims are most likely NOT from Nintendo, and are instead most likely someone impersonating Nintendo

GilvaSunner already deleted his account so I guess it's too late but what a sad strange thing to happen.
