Except the nice thing about a democracy is that laws can (and sometimes should) change. Yes it's Nintendo's right to sue some poor bloke into bankruptcy for uploading ROMs or taken down a Youtube channel that was causing no harm, but it is totally my right to say that this is unjust and call for laws to change.
