Hey, I made it in under three weeks this time! In truth, I wanted to have this up way earlier in the month, in fact I had most lists compiled by new year's, but things got very sluggish in early January. Basically, I forgot to message the people who hadn't finished their lists before going on a trip, and then it didn't feel right to close things off right as I came back without giving those people a bit of time. That said, I'm happy with how things turned out, because despite having fewer sign-ups than in recent years, we've nearly matched them in the end. Almost everyone submit their list this year and that makes me happy. Thank you.
Just before we get into this proper, I want to give a shoutout to @Smeags for creating this wonderful event and to @Leadified for continuing it before passing it on to me. It would never have been possible without them, and it's always an honor to host it. Honestly, it blows me away how many people we get here every year.
This year, you've sent me 67 lists of your all-time favorite games - that's right, 67 out of 72!! The commitment from everyone this year put a big smile on my face, it was awesome. Thanks again to everyone. Between all those lists, we got a whopping 1131 different games, making this our second longest ever ranking!
The "votes" column indicates how many people had a game on their lists, and the release year listed is always the one from the game's earliest release. At the end of the list, there are also platform and decade breakdowns, as well as the top ranking game from each year.
Alright, it's time for the results! Here you go:
