it's not a remake, its a port.

 

Today Square Enix announced that Chrono Trigger DS will be releasing in North America this Holiday season. This remake is 2D, and will include new dungeons and wireless play.

Really? I read that it was port, now I'm even more hyped than before. Although, now I am a little worried like Picko, SE better not mess this up.

 

They did a good job with FF3 and FF4 looks even better I trust them and If they mess up it will all end badly....
