#29 - I'm thinking Total Annihilation because those are the names of the two factions in that (one of my absolute favourite games). But it could be something much more obvious - Armored Core lol

#28 - Valkyria Chronicles maybe? 

29 is indeed Total Annihilation. 28 is wrong though.
