You know, by the time the next Fallout hits, streaming will probably be at a state where most PS owners that want to play FO but don't/can't play on PC can just subscribe to Gamepass for a few months and play the game on xCloud. Non-XB/PC gamers maybe miss out on one or two Bethesda games over the next few years, but that's all. Everything on XB will be playable by anyone in an area with decent internet by the close of the current generation, without needing to own XB hardware or a gaming PC. There are millions of people that this applies to already.
