With this week third parties have surpassed 8 million sales across the Top 50 unofficial third party ranking. 

The big titles left for the year are Shin Megami Tensei V which should allow Atlus to enter the ranking. Power Pro Kun, which initially looked like a potential surprise hit but hasn't really garnered much interest, so it remains to be seen how it does. GTA Trilogy is the final "big" third party title of the year releasing physically in December - we still don't know who is publishing it in Japan.  

Due to many titles likely to experience strong sales on the Switch during the holidays we are likely looking at at least 10 million sales across the Top 50 Third Party titles with over 85% of these sales coming on the Switch I don't forsee much movement for the PS4/PS5 for the remainder of the year, nothing really on the horizon that can reach 100K sales. 

Last year there were 65 Third Party titles in the Top 100 of Famitsu, they achieved over 8.7 million sales with around 55% of sales being on a the Switch. Next year we can expect more of the same with further decline of franchises exclusive to the PS4/PS5 as the PS4 active user-base further declining.

Capcom will see the biggest growth YoY - likely around 600% as it's likely they would be well beyond 3 million at years end. 

The other publisher with huge YoY gains will be Marvelous I expect them to land with over 600K sales so over 200% growth, still a missed opportunity they could have seen far more growth if Olive Town & Rune Factory 5 weren't rushed out the door. 

Konami, Microsoft & Sega will see more moderate growth of 10-30%. Atlus will probably end up flat or slightly worse off compared to last year. 

While Bandai & Koei will see a decline in their fortunes of 10-30%. 

The biggest decline YoY will be felt by Square Enix as they decline over 60% due to a lack of hit games this year.
