Maybe there's some merit to that patent, but at least at first glance, it seems just stupid. I know I'd be very hesitant to play a game where a streamer's audience could vote to kick me. I don't exactly trust the masses, especially on Twitch and especially when they could easily be roused by the streamer - or trolling the streamer, for that matter.
