They literally announced the OLED model in the first week of H2, 3 months before release, of course that would impact sales over the summer.
It's only down ~9% YoY with last year still high on the Animal Crossing+Covid boost. It's up ~60% compared to 2019 and ~100% compared to 2018.
Being slightly behind one of the greatest years in history is not "losing a lot of momentum".
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
