Well if PSNow was a solution, Sony would never be talking to Microsoft about Azure server. I don't know why you keeping bringing up PSNow. 

 

PSNow does not have full world coverage. Gaikai's ($500m) network only covers europe and the US. Azure ($30b) is a world wide network which is capable of Cloud Processing and plenty of other features not available on Gaikai.

PSNow + Azure = Massive growth.
