Based on Sony's financial reports, I'd be surprised if the Switch version had a bigger digital cut than the PS4 version, even in Japan. 

Edit: If this article is accurate, Sony is comfortably ahead of Nintendo in digital sales, especially if we compare software splits in the same period.

The digital measures of Nintendo and Sony are different.

Sony counts only digital software, Nintendo doesn't. 

Japanese market digital rise only

1- Don't have physical

2- Physical sold out or supply contain.

So, the digital rises when one of two options occurs.
