What about the obese, diabetics, smokers, drug abusers, drinkers who also refuse to stop harming themselves?  They are also being selfish and consuming hospital space and resources by making their free choices and denying it to the vaccinated.  Refuse treatment to them assholes as well?  What about people with opposite viewpoints, can they be denied treatments as well?

Death to them all! I'm tired of all these non-conforming pricks consuming my tax dollars!  The world would be a better place with only perfect people like me. 

Difference is that those conditions are not contagious, and the risks cannot be greatly mitigated by taking a shot about once every six months. A lot of people try to overcome addiction and fail despite their best efforts. It's virtually impossible to try and get vaccinated and fail.
