I'm getting all of this from era btw.
TSA PS4:

Media Create Sales: CY 2019 (2018 Dec 31 - 2019 Dec 29)
610./000. [PS4] Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes - Complete Edition (Marvelous) {2019.10.17} (¥3.980) - 2.227 / NEW (1.115 <25,44%>)

Media Create Sales: CY 2020 (2019 Dec 30 - 2021 Jan 03)
735./610. [PS4] Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes - Complete Edition (Marvelous) {2019.10.17} (¥3.980) - 1.378 / 3.605 (-38%) (1.115 <25,44%>)

That game bombed everywhere.

LT sales and prices etc:

[PS3] No More Heroes: Red Zone Edition (Marvelous Entertainment) {2011.07.21} (¥3,990) - 40,050 / 63,054
[WII] No More Heroes (Marvelous Entertainment) {2007.12.06} (¥7,140) - 13,000 / 27,873
[PS3] No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise (Marvelous Entertainment) {2010.04.15} (¥5,800) - 13,845 / 26,151
[WII] No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle # (Marvelous Entertainment) {2010.10.21} (¥7,140) - 9,463 / 24,308
[360] No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise (Marvelous Entertainment) {2010.04.15} (¥5,800) - 13,105 / 18,991

That PS3 game was rather cheap compared.

No More Heroes sells by far the best in the US. I heard it did pretty well on Amazon and the eshop there.

Yeah, I also saw where Marvelous said that their 2020 Switch port of the original No More Heroes from Wii had strong sales in both North America and Europe. So I guess it's just Japan that has fallen out of love with the series over the years.

The first two games sold really well on the eshop here in Europe, so I had high hopes for NMH III, but it didn't show up, neither on the eshop nor on Amazon. So I think in Europe it's the price. The first two went for 20€.
