It's not really about the amount of Xbox consoles in Japan, how much the games can sell physically, it's more about wether any retailer is ready is ready to take the risk and order anything.

Hopefully if retailers keep seeing these bigger hardware shipments that are selling out, they will take bigger and bigger chances on Xbox software stock. We already have retailers who had completely gotten rid of their Xbox displays last gen putting up Xbox sections in their aisles again, that is a good sign.
