You have just lost all credibility in my eyes. Most only dislike one corporation less then the other which can still lead to fanboyism. But you actually respect Microsoft? Have you been brain-washed? If god gave me a bible that broke down constantly I'd hate him!

Don't read the bible in the bath and you'll be fine I swear! Btw, Microsoft employees have given over 2.5 billion dollars to charitable causes. For that reason alone I admire their civil spirit. Im not even counting Bill gates' contributions. You may dislike their practices as a monopoly, thats fine. So do I. But I respect the personal actions of the employees as good citizens of this earth.

 

2.5 billion dollars over the years (25) really put a dent in the hundreds of billions earned in pure profit over those years. Bill Gates also doesnt give away a lot of money. Just a smalll percentage of his income, most of the money in his wifes foundation is even from that other billionaire whos name escaped me. What MS gives to charity is nothing compared to what they take for their inferiour operating system. The damage done to the global economy trough MSs monopoly on the OS market is way bigger then one can imagine.
