Oh, and I see no need for a referee IF one of the parties can record the match. If the match is contested, the video must be posted on youtube. If no proof can be provided, then the fault goes to the RECORDER for not following through. This is to prevent recorders from losing AND lying about it. No excuses.
Forgot an important thing...
On the note of suicide tactics: Any suicide tactic that would bring the match into Sudden Death is a win for the person with the lowest percentage. This includes Bowsercides that for some reason don't KO Bowser correctly. Sudden Deaths do NOT win matches. If the suicider ends the match with a stock left over, the match is theirs.
