If you haven't played it before then yes, it's a fantastic game with some of the most brilliant level design and puzzles in the series both inside and outside dungeons, very memorable characters and story, fun to use items which are not useless outside the dungeon where you got them and an engaging non-button-mashy combat system (my favorite in the series). It's a waaaay more linear game than BotW but I don't think that's inherently a bad thing.
If you have played before on Wii then it depends on how much 60fps, higher resolution (aka it does not look like s**t on HD displays), non-motion combat (though I personally think the motion combat is great) and some QoL improvements are worthy for you (I've read that they've made the game more enjoyable for a lot of people but ymmv).
