From the top it's abuse of power by people in a toxic workplace culture who lack any form of real accountability to their staff.
From the bottom it's excessive polarization and some exceptionally petty people. You can't "just like or dislike" something anymore. Either you love it or hate it with a passion. And everyone wants their mouthpieces to confirm their biases instead of having their own legitimate opinion. Some others just want to see the world burn and enjoy adding fuel to any fire they can.
Stay civil people. And remember: Blizzard is not going to get better with in-game protests. Cancel your subscriptions for a while, make Bobby work for his paycheck by improving the loves of his devs.
