I'll say it.

This is all hearsay and we are not privy to anything that's really happening. The allegations in these articles are not a reflection of a specific gender, but that of a specific unfortunate event.  I hold that these reports of harassment and misogyny run rampant in any big company that has a dynamic of leader in power and employee. I hold that all walks of life where power is held among other people that power is taken advantage of.

No matter which gender is the offender, we cannot, should not, speak as if it is inherit to either one or the other. To do so is to cage either our sisters or brothers as an enemy to society. Instead we must keep in mind that of individual action as the prevailing rule to how a person is viewed. Let those who do bad deeds to their brothers and sisters receive their just rewards.

I say we band together as humanity and place blame on those who deserve it and not place restrictions on those who have not deserved it. Division among the good is trifling; let there not be more division with action that is punishment for those who have not done ill deeds. Hire people who are known to do good by work and by good reputation. Do not hire people because of their gender. Gender should never mean anything in business. 

Finally, know the people who are pointed out and know the people pointing the finger. Between the two could be a liar and between the two could be confusion. It is imperative we know what is what.
