Bearing in mind how bad the tech industry is from shortages, try finding a PC for under $400 that can play all the latest games and portable.
At bold this isn't exactly a new concept, handheld PC's have been around since the late 1980's. And besides his has more games than all consoles combined, including Xbox :P
