The problem is you never actually listed anything.  You stated about bad policy but cannot produce one policy.  Usually if you are going to say something is bad, it would be good to actually point to that bad thing.  I have no clue about San Fran, what about it.  Why should I even care??  So you tell me why San Fran is shit since you brought it up,  am guessing you have something or is this another empty opinion.

I concede. In retrospect Biden is doing a marvelous job with immigration and nothing he has done has encouraged people to come. No change in policies either, everything is actually the same since the last administration. I believe this because I had a lobotomy this morning.

I agree you should concede on this point since you actually never produced any evidence of policy change on immigration. Chicago has the most murders and that's why its a favorite example and its controlled by dems. Just to clarify, the biggest pile of murdered bodies.
