I normally play on a Martin's Acoustic but decided to upgrade from a cheap squire tele that was 20 years old. Playing on these has remotivated me and I can't seem to get enough. Also invested in a pedal board and 8 pedals. Also killed my June gaming. I'm trying to schedule my time better to fit everything in. |
Damn, Fender Strats are the coolest! Last spring when lockdowns began I actually went to guitar store to buy my dream Stratocaster. I tried every strat the had but none of 'em felt right, so I ended falling in love and buying this Schecter Reaper-6 :P it's an oustanding guitar for pretty much anything. And I mostly play rock, heavy and shred stuff.
The one in the middle is a guitar a friend made for me in 2008. The neck is actually the same specs as '60 Stratocaster but 24 frets. It plays great but my buddy also wanted to make his own pickups so the sound isn't all that.. I have it on Eb tuning for all Jimi, SRV and blues stuff but it's not the same without single-coil pickups :P
I'll find my Fender Strat one day. The amp you bought must be great too, my friend has a Fender Deluxe amp and it's suberb.
