A lot of Switch owners came out this week to buy software. RFA, Minecraft, MK 8, Momotaro, and 3D World are all up WoW. Hardware is up somewhat, which probably explains it. However, if you look at Switch sales by model, the Lite version was about the same WoW, while the base model was significantly up.
I guess the base model was actually in short supply last week? The base:Lite ratio was over 4:1 last week, but I guess the true ratio is more like 5:1 based on this week's sales. It's still surprising to me just how popular the base model is even in Japan.
