Which Nintendo handheld has the best library of games?

@JRPGfan @Jpcc86 Didn't include the Switch for the same reason why it wasn't included in the home console thread. The library is still growing and with Nintendo stating we are only at the midway point, I thought it would be best not to include Switch.
