Got any links to support this claim? It's delightfully absurd and I absolutely believe it to be true, but this sort of claim needs to be backed up. 

Which claim are you looking for, Trump stating he is filing a lawsuit in NJ against Social Media companies or the donations part.  The first one is easy to find since it's all over the news, the second part is based on going to his donation site and seeing the grift first hand.  Both are in combination to his last grift where the majority of the donations goes to his PAC while very little goes to his legal fund.
