Which Nintendo handheld has the best library of games?

Anyways, I went 3DS.
I slightly prefer it to the NDS one.
3ds had alot of good jrpgs.

The 3DS is the first Nintendo handheld to nail 3D gaming (no, not the 3D effect). For the most part, 3D games on the DS were originally an afterthought. But Nintendo actually bumped up a few specs of the DS after seeing some of the PSP's specs, and made sure to have some 3D titles available.

I agree with you, its underrated on this forum.
However I dont agree with you on, why.

Its not due to animal crossing, portable smash, mario kart 7, kid Icarus upriseing.
(I give you, Zelda aLBWs, and Super mario 3d land, and the Fire Emblem games were pretty good)

its because of how many high quality 3rd party RPGs it had.

its the stuff like:
Bravely default/secound, Dragon Quest VII/VIII, Etrian Mystery Dungeon/Odyssey 1,2,4,5, Ever Oasis, Fantasy Life, Mario & Luigi (1,3,4,5), Persona Q 1+2, SMT IV (part 1+2), Stella Glow, Yo Kai Watch games, Xenoblade Chronicles. ect.

Pussle games;
Captain Toad Tressure tracker, Phoenix Wright /Ace Attorney games, Professor Layton games, Art of Balance , Pushmo games, ect.

That and a few decent platformers too.. . and the 3DS is just a slightly better library for its time, than the NDS was.
