1( Merge PSNow and PS+ and Funimation.
Basic is PSNow or PS+. You can have one or the other.
PSN+ would be combination of both.
PSF+ would be combination of the two and funimation.
2) create section for PS1 and PS2 games. Work through the most popular titles from each era as supposed to by generation.
3) don't add AAA games day one ever. Give it a minimum of 6 months (flops).
4) build in cloud version of service on all Bravia TVs and Phones.
5) bake in some functionality on all Sony Phones so we can track stats, trophies, message etc (better version of current app).
6) add PS5 games on PSNow
