What Happened to the Mobile Version of the Website? (Fixed? - Display as Mobile Now Default)

As in like, web browsers on phones have an option to force the desktop version of the website or the mobile version. If you have desktop mode on in your phones web browser, it will always show you the desktop version. But if you have desktop mode off in your phones web browser, it will show you the mobile version.
