There are lots of people who are only interested in the Wii because it is designed in a way that makes gaming accessable to them, for these people the XBox 360 could be half the price of the Wii and it wouldn't matter; there are people who are interested in the Wii along with other systems, and a lower priced XBox 360 increases the likelyhood of them buying a Wii and an XBox 360; and there are people who favour other systems over the Wii and will probably not be impacted by a lower priced XBox 360.
The XBox 360 would see some gains in their weekly sales, but it would not impact the sales of the Wii.
