I think it's the genre:

ACT = Action

ADV = Adventure

RCE = Racing

FTG = Fighting

Not sure about SLG or HOB.  Although if I had to guess by the games represented by SLG (Miitopia, Rune Factory), I would think Life Simulation Game?

SLG = Simulation Game

HOB = Hobby, as in not an actual game and/or Edutainment

Stock seems the first thought, but the Lite to hybrid split last week didn't seem to indicate a shortage.

Might just as well be because by now all the surplus of Lite models has been sold, too. If that's the case, the ratio should stay roughly the same now even when sales dip, as they can't simply choose the Lite instead anymore.
