I'm not into handhelds so Xbox wins basically by default for me, though games like Halo 1 and 2, Doom 3, and Panzer Dragoon Orta certainly solidify my vote.
If I was into handhelds, Vita does seem like a great piece of hardware, but as I'm not really into indies or anime games, about the only titles that really stand out as interesting to me are Uncharted, Killzone, and Wipeout, based on the fact that I enjoyed their console counterparts.
