Looks like all the 30 series GPUs are going to get the hash rate limiter straight from the factory. We will see if they goof it up this time though.

One little bummer though: The refresh/shrink to 6nm of Zen 3 later this year to fight against Alder Lake is apparently cancelled due to the chip crunch and resulting lack of production volume for such a release. Which is a bummer considering that they were supposed to have about a 10% performance uplift, which ain't half bad for a refresh.
