At e3 more JAPAN oriented ps3 games would be announced. and dont Forget GUNDAM MUSOU is still sold out all over in JAPAN. KOEI took just four months to make GM.....................so you wd be having more GUNDAMS this year.Plus the introduction of PLAYSTATION EDGE + new toold have made development alot easier and faster. MORE GUNDAMS this year.......fingers crossed!! by the end of 2007 ps3 regains the no1 spot in JAPAN...........followed by DS and PSP/Wii People want photorealism rather than cartoons. Why do you think BIG LITTLE PLANET is making shockwaves???? it is because of the graphics solely. same goes to CRYSIS. tht is why ZELDA flopped in JAPAN and RESISTANCE became a super hit . Blue Dragon also flopped due to similiar reasons. Why do you think people are not that excited with HALO 3...............cause CRYSIS and KILLZONE 2/GEARS have taken games to new level... people want gameplay as well as graphics. This is why MOTORSTORM has created a buzz. By the end of 2007 ps3 becomes the DOMINATOR all around the world.

The PS3 came close to the Wii ONCE in the 16 weeks it's been competing with the Wii. The Wii is ahead 1m units in just 3 months. FF13 won't be released this year, thus why we predict so low #s in Japan for the PS3. Japaneese people don't like the shooters that PS3 is putting out, therefore the low numbers. Your LoZ:TP vs. Resistance is laughable. Resistance has sold just over 100k, Zelda has sold over 400k in Japan. In the US, Zelda is almost at 2m, and Resistance isn't even at 750k yet! People DO want gameplay and graphics, thats why they are playing Gears of War over Resistance, Excite Truck over Motorstorm, and so on - PS3 doesn't have all the gameplay some people want. BD didn't flop in Japan, it's sold over 130k units on a machine with only 350k systems. Thats better than any and every other PS3 game made except for Gundam...And that's on a system that's sold half the units of hardware.

x360 sales would keep plummetting with time.....last week the sales dropped to 3500. LOST ODYSSEY wont do anything .....cause when it comes out MGS4 and DQ would be out already. I seriously doubt LO would be even released in JAPAN. i put x360 at 200k max...........and ps3 at 3--4 m.

The 360 sold 200k last year, and is 150% above it this year (thus far) - which equals out to 500k this year. I am predicting less than that due to various circumstances. LO will make a big impact, regardless of it's counter-programming. Infact, I doubt FF XIII will be out in Japan by this Christmas, if anything LO will help a starved JRPG market. It's doubtful PS3 will sell 3-4m since it doesn't have a ton of J-games inline for it. Killzone, Heavenly Sword and Lair might be great hits worldwide, but I don't see Japan really helping them out. Most of the important J-games for PS3 won't effect Sony until 2008. For now, its 2007 and Japan is lost to Sony this year.
