For me I drink soda (8oz) everyday, my stomach is small . It seems every person who says they have flat stomach is because of water. Though my little brother drinks only water and has a huge belly, either it's the food or he's sedentary always. This makes me perplexed and wonder why my brother has a fat belly but drinks water everyday? Thanks for responding back, I think I need one big meal too. You look great.

Water doesn't magically make you thinner. However, it does fill people's stomachs (without any calories), which makes them less likely to eat or drink stuff with lots of calories.
