Still stubbornly hovering around 80-81kg in spite of me trying to be more active and stripping red meat and pasta out of my diet entirely. Can't seem to shift it like I could in the past, maybe my metabolism is slowing down with age.

At least I'm still in my healthy weight range, which is 67-83kg, but I'd prefer to be closer to the centre of that scale.
