3DS does not have as good/better graphics than the Wii; only Revelations can really stand toe to toe with the most graphically accomplished Wii games, and as amazing a technical achievement as it is, (MT Framework was a beast of an engine) its still running at 240p/30fps while the Wii manages 480p/60fps with games like Metroid Prime 3 and Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, and 480p/30 with games like Conduit 1 & 2, Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles, Sonic Colours.
As Vodacixi points out, Xenoblade is a good way of demonstrating this; it can only run on the New 3DS and even there has significant downgrades from the Wii version.
