OK, my previous information was to report this, so that a mod triggers the payout. Maybe we need some clarification on this.

Definitely something that we can't do. Was confused why it was reported. But anyway, that's why I tagged Talon. So, let's wait till they check in, and hopefully they can or can at least clarify.
