Well, it's Korea and not China. Workers can go to court to demand the money they deserve by law (because I'm guessing that Korea has laws against labor explotation).

And yeah, it's also supposedly illegal over there... but not sure Taipeh will do anything against it considering TSMC in by far the biggest company of the country and thus might get away with it.
