Nope, they have more studios, but first-party wise it's still on par with the Xbox One so far.

It does take time to develop games and COVID has clearly slowed down the development of games across the board. I agree right now it isn't better than the Xbox One, but we do have backwards compatibility at least. 2022 or 2023 we should start seeing a decent increase in first-party output.

Are gamers supposed to buy an xbox now to maybe play the games 1 to 2 years from now? Or how is it gona look if at the pace we are going with the exclusive content over the last few years, that when xbox gets its first couple of great new games playstation would have a backlog of like 10 AAA games? first party or third party deal. Not to mention that the same backwards compatibly also works in sonys favor as they have a lot of great ps4 games that are still challenging some 9th gen games.

Edit: Looks like I forgot my point by the end. But What Im trying to say is that just cuz MS is might release its new games aftet the competition, it dosent mean that that competition will start at zero. The lead in sales and great games sony made will not be erased just because MS started to be competitive.

It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
