Me. 3060 seems good enough for its MSRP, and even the MSRP of 3060 Ti is more than I'm interested in paying for a graphics card. On the other hand, going for anything much weaker than 3060 is already going pretty low.

I don't get how this makes sense. A company that has nothing to do with this lawsuit gets dragged into it? How does that even make sense? I mean I guess it could, but there's got to be some elaborate argument behind this.
