There was nothing bad in the direct, pretty much all good news. I give it a 7/10 because it had no big wow factor. For some that would be Splatoon 3. But for me it did not have much of an impact personally. Look forward to playing it though.
As for BotW2, I feel like people are forgetting that BotW1 had literally no gameplay until less than a year before release. Given how a game like Xenoblade 2 and Mario Odyssey got an E3 reveal and a holiday release months later, the panic is baseless. If this past year has tought us anything, Nintendo release dates are always unpredictable, lack of footage or not.
