Most will probably move to Ireland or Luxembourg given they undercut the rest of the EU on corporation tax.

Due to harmonization rulings within Europe on the taxes, the difference is much smaller than it used to be, though. But they already have the necessary infrastructure, know-how and training for the employees that it's still easier and more advantageous to go to those countries even if they wouldn't be cheaper anymore.
