As of September:
Paper Mario ~140k | SM3DAS ~290k | Splatoon ~300k | MK8 ~300k | Clubhouse ~400k | Animal Crossing ~2.4m
As of December:
Momotaro ~500k
It's probably safe to assume that everything in the above top 30 exceeded 100k digital sales in 2020.
