What will they do with Zelda? Make a great game.
But honestly I would love to see a sequel to TWW, involving them finding a new Hyrule and such, but I know that Zelda Wii won't be that.
Zelda Wii should be really be cel-shaded though, the TWW style is a far better style for the series. Hell, any style fits it more then the TP art style.
