Lets discuss Square - Enix losses

So does anyone want to actually LOOK at the SquareEnix financials?

They made around 100m US last year - down a little on the previous year. Their revenue was around $1.5bn US (approx).

I think they are doing fine - if anything, its the "mobile" (phone) segment that has let them done - the DS is the main cash contributor at the moment.

Over last year (sales):
- offline games, down 20%
- online games, down 11%
- phone games, down 15%
- publications, level
- others (cards, etc), up 120%

Sales:
- Japan, down 3%
- US, down 45% (!)
- Europe, down 35%
- Asia, down 41%

Forecast for this financial year is about $120m profit, up around 20%.
