User reviews wise, the PC version of Cyberpunk is beating TLOU 2 on Metacritic xD 5.7 for TLOU 2 vs 7.2 for Cyberpunk PC. Consoler user reviews for Cyberpunk are lower though, due to what a mess the game is on base PS4/XB1. 

I mean if we're being honest, one of those got bombarded by an online campaign against it for reasons that are - at times - dubious at best, and one is the game barely being playable. Not saying that anyone who inherently dislikes one or the other or prefers one to the other is a troll, we all have our own opinions, but I think most people can agree (probably not you) that one user score aggregate is at least more understandable than the other.
