It's a wise idea for Wii owners to invest in rechargeable batteries, Grashopper... I certainly haven't regretted doing so, as it's saved me well over $50 on replacement batteries for my Wiimotes.
On the subject at hand, it makes sense. What are the odds that Sony or Microsoft would even allow an entirely 8-bit game onto their services with no "upscaling to HD"?
