Most overrated game of the past gen?

I find put Pokemon Sword at the same level of The Last of Us 2 concerning. I understand the POV of people who thinks the game is overrated but Pokemon Sword is a much inferior project in every sense. TLOU2 use all capabilities of its system, while Pokemon is a 3DS game with slightly better assets 

Even multiplayer become trash this gen as Gamefreak keeps adding those idiotic mechanics like Dynamax just to keep VGC less and less enjoyable, I didnt even bother to play competitive this gen 

Might not be a 1/10, but surely is mediocre and closer to 1/10 than to 7/10  

Everybody is entitled to their perspective, but I staunchly disagree that system capabilities and assets matter in determining a game's worth.  To me that is like rating a movie based on special effects or a book based on how pretty the binding is.  To me it is irrelevant.  A game is rated on entertainment value.  13 Sentinels is one of the best ps4 games I've played...  it uses very little system capabilities.  

Personally I would rate Pokemon S/S and Last 2 very similar.  Both were just ok for me, but neither were 1/10, frankly neither were even that close to 1/10.  1/10 would mean a completely unplayable mess of a game, not "the developers took the game in a direction I didn't like."
