Yes, you literally, literally can. That's what cat calling is, it's sexualizing someone who's just a normal human being trying to go about their day. You could argue that the issue with cat calling is that it's an action not a thought, but the issue with and what makes sexualization of young teens wrong is that sexualizing that in your mind can lead to a distortion of reality, where you start normalizing things that aren't normal. And in general, it's probably better for your mental health if, you know, you don't go your entire life feeling like a pedo because you find sexualizing real teenagers normal.
You might have had a point if you stuck to purely fictional stuff, but I think this is going way too far. You might have meant in the context of teenagers acting sexual with people of their age, but that isn't a line of defense for the conversation you were having with Ice because it doesn't make sense in that context, and isn't appropriate in here at all.
