Horizon: Zero Dawn

It's beautiful, but that's about it. And the setting with mechanical dinosaurs (who realistically would need constant maintenance) and high-tech bows (which are very fragile, especially to to weather) in an after-the-end plot breaks my immersion immediately as it's more unbelievable than Super Mario Bros if you just think about it just a second.

Spoiler!
Isn't the underground computery thing using them to re-populate the world though? So you could argue that they don't need maintenance because they're just scrapped and replaced on a regular basis. Would also explain them respawning after you kill them
Spoiler!
Could be. Doesn't explain the high-tech bows, though, unless someone has access to that computerized underground base and making those there. But I couldn't find any traces of that in the story.
